Being new to PIP, I've been commenting in a number of forums, but only posting poetry in Critical Analysis, because it fits my inquisitive nature.

Does everybody post everyplace, or have you got a favorite?

Best, Jim

Not everywhere, and not recently.  Howsoever, when I do such, the content and subject matter of what I'm striving to post figures greatly.  If prose, then in Prose...unless the subject matter is more Adult, in which case a subforum in Mature Content.  If darkish, in Dark.  If a repost, in Open.  For originals though, which aren't seasonal, prose, dark or adult...or a combination, I place those in the Haven, found in the main Sanctuary forum there at the bottom of your screen.  On the far right.  *cackle*

But I do digress.  Don't write much nowadays, as sleep and waking are both muzzled by pain...not severe, but just enough to unsettle and offset.  But you did allude to where and why.

Predominantly in Haven.  Elsewise in Varied, pending topic, content and format.

Hi Alicat, and thank you!  Went to Haven, and was very impressed with quality.  I note, though, that there were only 3 posts in 3 months.  Thank you for sharing the elusive Haven.  Maybe it's not meant to be a free for all.

Best, Jim

Haven does move slow.  But then, some things are meant to be savored and enjoyed, not just skimmed and sped-read.

You have a good one now.

Moods strike...sometimes poems follow.  I rarely post in Dark...I'm not truly a dark person, hense the pseudonym; I enjoy being spiritual at times...will read and post; sometimes the corner pub seems just right for sharing something very special; have written prose...and from prose, even formed a novel which is out on the market today.

But mostly, you will find me answering and posting in Open.  Like Ali, I'm one of the "elder" folk around here, and not nearly as much in time as the ones who truly founded this place...and they have taught me a great deal.  You will find your place in time, I'm sure. The Haven...is a wonderful place, and I am sure you will find that some true art resides there, as well.

We've many doors...open any one of them, and you will find some wonderful reading.

Write on!
