Susan,
it came out about a year ago or so,. it's a spoof of Dawn of the Dead...it's a really really funny "zombie" movie

"a romantic comedy, with zombies"

I wish I didn't understand that.

and I still haven't watched Hellboy, but it seems to be a sleepover favorite with the kids.

*shaking my head*

You would love it here.

At the very least, you'd fit right in.

I thought the part where they were throwing the record collection at the zombies (and saying no no not that one!) was hilarious. Or how about the part where he goes into the store for a soda and doesn't notice the blood he slips in on the floor, or the bloody handprint on the cooler door, or the masses of zombies wandering outside.
A true classic. One of my favorite zombie movies.

oh sue, that sucks! you sure you didn't just skip over them?
there's one outtake where two of the actors screw around and act out a whole scene in mccartney and lennon impressions. and the scene where ed makes up background stories for all the old people in the pub, steallar, it took something like 15 takes of ad-libs before they got it without laughing.

i l#ved where ed and shaun argue over who does a better zombie impression. just silly all around

don't want to spoil it for anyone though, go see it!

Yeah Shaun of the Dead is a great movie, if you like the humour in this you should definitely check out Spaced which Simon Pegg (Shaun) Co-wrote with Jessica Stephenson (Yvonne) it features Nick Frost (Ed) and a few other familiar faces from Shaun of the Dead (I'm speaking about the scene where the two gangs meet up, it's a veritable who's who of British comedy... I think so at least).
