Well, I figured that I would do something productive since sleep has gone on vacation again... I will start this thread, and any fellow non-sleepers may join in if they so wish. Today wasn't an all bad day, even though I was up at 3 am in here, reading and catching up. I actually went back to bed about 5:30 this morning and slept till around 10 or so. Then? Timberlea (my youngest) woke up with this horrible cough and I took her to the dr. cause it DID NOT sound good at all. He checked her over, and it seems as though she has one of those summer colds, which you know can be as bad as the winter ones. So, he gave her some meds, and send us home. Cooked my chicken after it marinated, and man alive it was good. Decided that I would work on my sister-in-laws computer that she gave me cause it quit working on her and so she just bought a new one. Well, that was a 3 hour tour... Had to dump some of her parts and use some spare stuff that I had around, cause that's my other hobby... rebuilding old computers. I finally got it working, and then hooked up the wireless dsl connection off of my main PC here, and now? The kids have a PC with internet. Great right? Well, woulda been, but something came undone in there and now it wont start up, so tomorrow I will start over with it and see what the heck is wrong with the stoopid thang. Babied the baby for a while cause she feeling so bad, and then me and her took a long warm bath and played in the tub... we had a ball lemme tell ya... shes gonna be a swimmer for sure. Got her down, and parked myself at my desk, its so quiet now cause everyone is asleep... Got a sweet tooth and wouldn't ya know it... they aint nothing sweet around here except baby food bananas - so... I started this thread, and now the Tylenol pm seems to be kicking in YIPEE So, Im off to see the wizard, after I check the doors 37 times See yall around |

Tima, Always had a sleep problem. Conquered that by choosing to work the night shift. Now I can stay up all night and not disturb anyone.~ LOL~ Sleeping during the day hours is hard so I stay up until six p.m. and then get what I can. I reconize you, as I was always up late nights, baking, writing letters, reading or even watering the garden. Strange afliction we all seem to share. best to you, martyjo |
