Other than poetry, what hobbies have you? What do you do with them? What do you do in your spare time AWAY from PiP?

Among my many interests are:
My kids (although I don't get to spend as much time with them as I would want), music (I am the bass player in one of the biggest local metal bands), performing (I am a professional wrestling manager for an independant wrestling promotion), reading (anything I can find, including the Frosted Flakes boxes), and such as that.

Uh... I just realized that YOU haven't answereed your own questions. What are YOUR hobbies?

Spending time talking and being with my friends...

Photography - though I'm not all too good at it.

Shooting - Safely, of course! No guns of my own but I'll have on the day I'm 18.

Knives - don't collect them but I would if I had the money lol ...there's always one at my side, though, and they're just fun to hold and look at (and scare people with... they always think I'm quiet and reserved. I change their minds).

God! - though hobby isn't the right word for 'this'... it also wouldn't seem right to leave Him out. A few church groups throughout the week, reading my Bible, talking about Him with friends, and avoiding doing all the things I shouldn't lol ...

Volunteering - mostly at nursing homes. But also as a camp counselor and a few other various things.

People watching - anywhere and everywhere.

In no specific order.

My hobbies include a multitude of things.

Mainly...I'm a DJ. I play harder, more aggressive dance music (hard-techno). And my "on the side", of that I play happier, more euphoric dance music (happy hardcore). I spend an hour or two playing a day...and play at shows, parties, etc...

Along with that, I'm also a producer. I work with audio clips, sounds and samples to create dance-tracks.

As well, I also spent a great deal of time promoting shows and events. Postering, flyering, working at it and what-not.

*thinks*

Along with my DJing, I collect records. I've got very distinguished tastes so I look at markets all over the world to find what I want. It's all cost me and arm and a leg but the truth is I don't really mind spending money on my collection. Hehe...

I'm not so sure of hobbies anymore, since they tend to blur with 'honey-dos'.  Guess it helps that I absolutely love working with my hands and getting gritty.

So I guess a hobby is home/auto repairs.  If it breaks or acts stupid, if I can fix it, I fix it.

There is one that doesn't fall in the honey-do list: comp stuff.  I really dig creating custom systems, either in actuality or just on paper, from researching, price matching, checking vendor reputation, reading customer reviews and feedback and computing tallies with shipping.  When the budget allows, I actually get to order parts. *chuckle*  Budget did this time, so I have a cpu, powersupply, and cpufan being shipped.  All are upgrades to an existing system.  I really love building custom systems though, and would rather do that than to buy a pre-built, even if it was cheaper.  I like to know exactly what is inside the box, especially since some vendors like to sneak in PC-Chips (Piece of Crap) motherboards, or even worse, a PC-Chips knockoff clone!

Music is probably my biggest hobby. I like to sing, of course, and I also like to listen and sort of critique new and old stuff. I also love love LOVE to read. Nowadays I'm obsessed with stuff about strong women in history, like Queen Elizabeth 1, esc.

I'm the dork of the land!

I like to sing, read mysteries and horror books, spend time with my cat, create party games for ladie's high teas, get dressed up for hubby and dance.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we might as well dance.

Well now, wood working is my passion - hope to retrieve my shop from the northwest this summer.

But I love to:
Ride my cruiser
sing
hike
camp
bike
read
stamps - until they were stolen
clothes - if I had money
kids
travel

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Sailboat racing,
woodworking
and old car restoration.

Hard to set an order as the mood changes from time to time. In the last couple of years, woodworking is becoming more than a hobby as I have made a few commissioned pieces.
