Post something, anything, a sentence, a word, writing, a memory, a feeling, a joke, a graphic . . . whatever comes to your mind about the person who has posted directly above you only.  The next person to post will then post about the one above them only and so forth.

Any takers?  C'mon, it is almost Spring, which means Summer which means WARM . . .

You can post as many times as you like.

My first feeling...laughter bubbling up from inside.

(Not at her..with her..laughing till we cry  and are doubled over, out of breath,)

A treasure..a precious soul..my sister.

Speaking of treasure. I treasure the words of Enchantress.  And long to read her thoughts again.

Lithe, like a knife
she cuts through the mist,
rolling inland,
settling her bones
beside a ring of fire;
lit by a lover from lives past.

He takes her hand,
mingled of ivory and alabaster,
and places it upon his own.

Dry as the desert sand,
worn as the Sun itself.

Gravity has not greeted her,
for time does not touch you
where the Mother herself
roams freely.

And she smiles her contagious grin,
illuminating the blackened sky.

I have always wondered how the stars evolved

and folds her hands upon damask,
a raiment,
tilting her chin to the sky
staring, wide-eyed at her creation.

always,
so thoughtful and kind
there for all with understanding
encouragement
and warmth from a heart so big,
how could anyone do anything
but return love
to her?

Chime, the early dawn,
coming of a new day.

Promises spoken
in the dead of night
arise from ashes,
challenging truth
to scatter itself
beside those before us.

Our forefathers.

The only thing we have left
are pennies
and the fresh surge
of copper in our veins.

Chime, for the morning
the tolling of the bell,
for there is the coming
of a new day.

Osmosis
they believe because
we share their blood
we know their secrets
if there be gagged
the storytellers
we are blind
before our own
storms

and they rage
silent in our chests
beating promises
that choke us when spoken
in this wintry haven
we hibernate
our vision,
our dreams,
ourselves . . .

Until the Sun herself, shines
and makes the world right,
once again.

like the moon, the midnight moon

brine danced upon her lips
perspiring, slightly
pursed in wait
