ok, whoever has not seen "Garden State" by now must go out and watch because it is amazing.  Can't explain it, just have to watch it, awesome movie, you will relate to it so very much.  The soundtrack is amazing too.

Everytime I think about Adam Sandler or Chris Farley *laughing right now*  I think about when he is in Richard's car and all of these peanut M&M's spill down the heating vents ahah OMG and when they both do "Lunchlady"  . . . slopppy joeeeess, slopppy slopppy joees, yeahhhh . . .

and in Black Sheep when he is on the top of the bunk in that shack LMAO . . .

Strange Brew is awesome, not enough people today know who the McKenzie Brothers are, aye?  You hosier . . .

I'd have to watch Strange Brew again, since when I did see it, even though I was fairly well read, I probably didn't get all the jokes.  Sometimes, the older you get, the more jokes you understand.

I agree with Aenimal on Python.  Back when I was in Abilene, TX, they showed Grail in the restored Paramount Theater.  One of our buds secured us balcony seats, front row, dead center, roughly 2 hours prior to showtime.  Good thing he did, since the place was packed with people standing in the aisles and along the walls.  Some were dressed in Medeival gear, some weren't, but everyone knew the lines and rang out in a strangulated chorus.  It was something to see, and something else to hear.

"Tommy Boy" is absolutely one of my favorite cult comedy classics! (It was a hit at the box office, but almost all reviews were negative)

I especially love the scenes when Farley/Spade sing together in the car, especially with the Carpenters track. Not to mention when they stop for gas and while Spade is having difficulty locating Davenport on the map, Farley accidentally breaks the car door when backing up too far and slams it into place, and when Spade comes back and motions opening the door, it breaks off and he's holding the panel and he says, acting suprised, "What'd you do?"

LOL!

"Canadian Bacon" is absolute comic genius too. Watching it now especially, it's so haunting to see all the familiarities to our culture now politically, and the satire feels so real! LOL! "I'll tell you another thing, this beer sucks!" and then the whole hockey arena goes quiet and riots start!

And whoever said "Raising Arizona", absolutely!!! I especially love it when Nicolas Cage's two prison buddies steal the baby they stole in the first place, Nathan Junior, after learning it isn't theirs and he stole them from Nathan Arizona's family, and when they stop at a convenience store and one of the robbers, Evelle, tells the cashier, "All right, I'll take these too. Now you lie down back there, and don't you move till you've counted up to...uh... eight hundred and twenty-five, and then backwards
down to zero. I'll be back to check-see y'ain't cheatin'." Then, when they realize they forgot the baby, they turn around and just as the cashier is in the middle of counting, he says, "Ah, bull(expletive)" and sees the robbers driving back and suprised he continues counting! LOL!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Ali, Strange Brew is a satire of canadian culture, or what people thought canadians were like. As for Monty, i can never decide between Life of Brian, Holy Grail and Meaning of Life. L#ve them all for different reasons.

Speaking of python, Eric Idle created one of the greatest cult comedies/spoofs with the Rutles.

Sue, you're seriously deprived..lol
