- Well I can't choose between the two. My reasoning.. it all depends.

I mostly like those that rhyme, but I do like the ones that don't if the capture me and tell a good story. I don't like them too long. It really does just depend.  I would think it would be more about the content of the poem, rather than the style of it.

Well the first three depend on what you like.
Rhyme or no rhyme... I mostly like poems that rhyme, but as SEA said, I also like ones that don't but hold my attention and are really interesting.
Long or short... I usually write long ones.  I like ones that are inbetween.  Not like 4 or 5 lines long but a couple stanzas.  If it's really long and it a really good story that doesn't seem to like drag on and on and on then I like it too.
Freestyle or structured... Hm...well I write ones that are structured but freestyle is cool too.  Sorry can't vote on this one.
Earthdust or ~Dreamchild~... Finally what I was waiting for! lol.   Well I like them both but I think you actually favor ~Dreamchild~ more, so my vote is for Dreamchild!

Yeh...that's my vote.  I was wondering when you were gonna let us vote for the earthdust-dreamchild thing. lol.

Well... this is an interesting vote....

Let's see....
1)Non-Rhyming
2)Define long/short... anything beyond 20 or 30 lines is too much for me most tiimes.
3)Depends on the poem... I use freestyle because I am too lazy to learn the structures...
4)HUH??????????

wow !

thx 4 all the votes u guys!

~Alli~
thx 4 all the smilies.
i love smilies
i do favor ~DC~ and i'll bet ~u~ do 2!
your vote is the only one that counted on that poll. lol

and Ringo
i think a well-written poem could fill a book, such as a ballad, so long as it consumes me. i think poems that with under
six stanzas ( 30 lines ) are pretty short,
but a poem should not be very much longer, unless it's Homer's! lol
