Serenity gave birth this weekend.

1 grey, and 1 black...tiny little kittens.

Then...

(I think in the true spirit of another with the same name)

7 hours after the 2 kittens were born.

She shocks us all and pops out a third!

*sigh*

The third one is all white.

So at the almost age of 40...I finally see an animal give birth.

And I am amazed at how the mommy cat just knows what she is supposed to do.  A talent I wish I had had when my kids were teens...

Awwww...congrats Susan!
I once had to help with the birth of six Doberman puppies. Our dear, Goose, the mom Dob. was not quite sure of what exactly to do, so I had to break open the first two newborns sack and smell that fresher than fresh scent and hear their first tiny "woof." It was amazing. Later on....the scent wasn't so fresh, and the tiny woofs had turned into BARK BARK. lol. Still in all, I am so glad that I experienced it. Oh, now I miss my old lumbering pal. *sigh*
