I haven't been up on my correspondence, but I did want to wish all my friends the happiest of holidays.

So I thought I would share with you a taste of N'Awlins.

Below are some links to videos by a local band of lunatics called "Benny Grunch and The Bunch". They are introduced by a local television celebrity by the name of Frank Davis, who hosts a local news slot termed, "Naturally N'Awlins."

I hope you enjoy (and I hope the quality is better for you than for me with my slow-ass computer)...grumble.

Anyhoo...Enjoy. And thanks to the most loving group of folks I've never met. Grin.

Happy Holidays.

and the rest is lagniappe--

*note* The word "Yat" was not found in this particular selection, so I'll fill ya in. A "Yat" is simply a N'Awlins native who boasts the true accent, originating from the Irish Channel--or the "Ninth Ward"--"Da Ninet Wawd")

And once again, "Merry Christmas Dawlin'."

This even makes a good "day after Christmas" read.  Merry Christmas, Karen...

You've made me want to come back again, and soon....

Since it's about that time again, I thought I'd give this a little boost.

And since I never know what I am doing one day to the next, if I'm a bit scarce, I wanted to wish you all the happiest of holidays.
