I just came back from Connecticut, where we celebrated my dad's, my friend's, and my friend's mom's birthday, lollz. As we drove home, I just happened to look up and saw a beautiful sunset, something rarely seen in a big city. Also in the sky was this cloud that looked like a galloping stallion, with shades of pink and blue glowing all around. I never cared for cloud watching, but it was nice to see something beautiful from things we usually ignore. I got to thinking that little blessings and hidden beauties must be all around, if we just take a closer look.
Anyone else like to enjoy these simple lil surprises?

Oh for sure. I love sunsets and sunrises... All the little things in life form all the big things in life.  I for one love the smell of Autumn's  simple plesures.

Of course! When out for drives or rides on our motorcycle, my hubby and I look for hawks sitting perfectly still on fence posts or phone lines. People hardly notice them and they are magnificent looking! Also, the fall colours of our Canadian maples are breathtaking.
