what about me? (chuckling)....

I don't watch it...used to..and I used to think it was better than what new episodes I have seen... but now I just think I lost interest in the characters over time.

the old ones were a lot better. Now they are getting a little forced.but good things usually don't last very long. It's a pity too.

all things change..and sometimes the changes detract from the originality of the piece. you may begin to get too used to the signature reactions of characters and find that they seem stuck in one dimension..and while funny for a while...we usually need more than one dimension to keep us interested over a period of time...

a shame? perhaps.... but then again perhaps just a blessing ...cause we always can expect the reruns to be syndicated and ten years from now probably laugh again at what once was funny to us...

I refuse to let them end the series until they hook up Joey and Phoebe though. I mean...they hooked up Ross and Rachel. They hooked up Chandler and Monica. Would it be so hard to hook up Joey and Phoebe?

They had a perfect chance to after the episode where Joey had a date with Ursela, but she stood him up. Remember, Phoebe showed up in her place, and they kissed? It would have been a perfect start.

*coughs* Erm..yeah....I watch Friends. Or rather..used to. Pop in every once in while to watch it now.

I do watch it when I can...but as of right now, my favorite show is Trading Spaces. I am absolutely addicted to it. (I've got a thing for transformations. smile)

I used to like Friends when it had some good jokes in it... now it's getting too antic for my tastes.  It kind of plays on how much the audience loves the characters now, and that's when a show starts to become less interesting and more redundant.  Friends has been this way for about four years now, if I remember right.

Show? I can't afford the theatre. I'm only in productions. I don't get to watch.

Seriously, though, I don't watch TV.

I prefer the absurdity of Seinfeld reruns. (was I REALLY the only one to understand /jen/'s Happy Festivus????)

Friends is too perky for me, and not funny any more...

I used to like The Drew Carey when it was on, it was more realistic, biting humour.  Scrubs is good though. Thank god for the repeats of Monthy Python.

the winners in the comedy category are:

- 'will and grace'.
- 'just shoot me'.

most likely the two best 'sitcoms' on television.

but my favourite show is 'the sopranos', by far.

I love just shoot me! I do like the old episodes of friends better. and they are getting really reduntandt. But my sister has me addicted, and most of the time I watch it when it is on. Oh and trading spaces it awsome! I want to be an interior decorator some day. Seems like a really fun job. And you make good money too.

never determine your professional future based on some trendy reality tv show.

Jen, thats not what I was saying! I have wanted to do this since I was nine years old. You were too quick to jump to conclusions.
