I'm sure this has been asked loads of times and people are getting fed up with it, but I'd like to hear from somebody who has actually gotten their own book published to see how they did it. It's easy to get stuff published in online mags and regular mags...but what about getting a book done?

Well...I've heard some people have actually made money from their poetry...but I haven't seen any in my hand yet dammit! Too bad none of us were alive during the Renaissance--when people were more into art of all forms...then we'd all be raking it in right about now! Eh...shame.
