Ok! Time to speak up and make a choice! Who's going to win the World Series? I have to stick with the hometown boys - Arizona Diamondbacks! The underdogs...no new franchise has gone to the World Series as soon as the D Backs have!!! So, tell me....what's it gonna be? |

Maybe if the Diamondbacks win, all the other baseball parks in the US will want to have a swimming pool like THEY do at BOB (Bank One Ballpark - but we call him BOB). |

Although I'll soon be a 'zona citizen, I don't have a preference for either team. It's the Marienrs and Padres for me. My call? I have to say the Yankees! I know! I hate it too! But... After their two Cy Youngs, the D'Back's don't have much. The Yankees have nothing but All-Stars all the way down the rotation. They're seasoned. The B-Back's are newbies, for being so old! LoL. Let's just hope the Yanks loose though. Come on! Prove me wrong! =) Sincerely, Titus |

LOL @ Acire! I'm with you...I enjoy baseball, but football is my sport of choice.  GO NINERS!!!  ...Oh...and Cardinals too...sincethey ARE the home team. Now...back to the World Series...being a Phoenix native, I MUST stick with the D-backs on this one! They've come THIS far...they can't stop now! I was hearing some sports commentators call the NY games 'shutouts'. Well, I think that this one here in 'Zona redefined the term: 15-2, Arizona D-Backs! Game 7 is ON, BABY!!!! Yeah! |

Since my Toronto Blue Jays aren't in it, I normally wouldn't care who wins. However with all that has happened to the people of New York, I would like to see the Yankees win. I think it is just the thing to bring the spirits of the people of New York back up. I think they certainly need and deserve it.  It is a blessing to have wings for words and passion in pen. |

"deserve"? I don't think so....I think what happened was an excruciatingly terrible event. But unless the Yankees play better than the Diamondbacks, they don't deserve to win out of pity...and they wouldn't want it that way I'm sure. |

World Series Champions!! WooHoo!!!! That was just TOOOOO cool!! DIAMONDBACKS ROCK!! Now...that said, we need to teach the Cardinals how to play football, so they can win the Super Bowl! Ok...so, it's not going to happen THIS year..LOL! That's ok...I'm a long time 49ers fan too, and they're having a great comeback season! GO NINERS!!!
