Can two books have the same title without infringing on copyright issues?

There is the Webbie, the un-Webbie and the Webbie Wannabe. Which do you want?

I found this info on Bitlaw about titles and copyright issues;

Titles, names, short phrases, and slogans are not protected by copyright law.  The exclusion of these types of materials is not an exception to copyright law, but merely an application of the requirements for copyright protection. To be protected by copyright, a work must contain at least a minimum amount of authorship in the form of original expression. Names, titles, and other short phrases are simply too minimal to meet these requirements. This is why you will often see books and movies sharing the same title.

Dopey bands can,
like the 60's band Nirvana and the more famous version.
The same with Placebo.
I think if the band is currently together, then no.
It would be like Suede U.S and Suede (the british group.
I don't know the law on it, but bands who pick the same name as another band have been forced to change their name.
