In the space between moments

*more frustrated screaming*  Okay, this is the place to vent, right?  Well, here I go....

I woke up this morning with a horrid headache (that's what happens when I sleep too long).  Then I went shopping with my mother (which actually wasn't too bad for once), but when I got home things really got crazy....I wanted to wash my car, which was filthy, but first I wanted put more wind shield wiper fluid in my car.  Only I couldn't find it....I asked my dad where it was, and he gave me this look like "you expect me to move from my seat and actually look for it?" ....grrrr....after I finally found it, I discovered that we were out of car wash.  After deciding to use dish soap instead, I brought my car out and started to wash it.  About 2 minutes into washing it, there was a HUGE downpour of rain, in which I got soaked. Once it quit raining, I resumed washing.  Once done, I went to get the vacume to vacume the inside of my car.  When I went to get the vacume hose, I accidently knocked a ton of dogfood alll over the garage floor, which I had to then clean up. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!  Okay, I have ice cream now (a good food when you've had a bad day) and hopefully nothing else will happen today....

Poor Krista, nothing like a tub of Hagen-Daz when you've have a bad day huh?   Believe me, I have these kind of days every day.  I hope that tomorrow is much better for you!  Hopefully Christopher will read this post and go over to your house pronto and be your slave and make ya laugh (lately Chris has been everyone's love slave)  Don't worry I won't tell Abe

Take care,

Dont feel bad I had a day like that not to long ago. But mine went differently. I got up really early in the morning after having barely any sleep, then went and had my wisdom teeth pulled (it wasnt too bad cause they gave me drugs that made me sleep like a baby), I came home and slept more to be woken up by a friend asking if I was ok. Then to top it off my nephew decided to get mad at me and throw a toy at me which hit me in the mouth. Talk about a bad day. And ice cream is always the best solution!

Awww, I think everyone has days like that.
I did just the other 2 days. Things are hectic, the kids are fighting. I was doing the dishes, when to my surprise I felt tingling on my foot, only to look down and see I had water coming out of the cabinet all over the floor.

Well, we got that fixed, and wouldn't ya know, yesterday the same darn thing happened in the same place (kitchen), except we now have a new leak, in a different pipe, which will require the wall to be torn out.

And there are those days, when it seems you can't hold onto anything. You know it's going to be one of those days, when you wake up and your droppin stuff. LOL
Man, I'm sooooooooo glad those days get better!

(I think I've had those days way too often in the last 2 years here)

Krista...hugs - I hope you're feeling better now!!!!!
I know how bad days feel.....

SP

My pity for you has grown in leaps and bounds in the last couple of weeks...you are a very sad individual indeed...if you want someone for a love slave - why can't you pick someone a little more...hmmm...UnC?

Someone without the annoyance potential of a pair of wet jeans in a rain storm..someone who wouldn't whinge and moan constantly...

Tch.

Get some taste man!

Today was my day.

I must have rebooted my main PC at least a dozen times this morning before I finally figured out why it kept locking (other than the usual "that's what Windows does!" excuse). It seems that no matter how much disk space you have free, Netscape nonetheless has limitations on just how much email you can keep on file. Okay, I'll admit I'm a pack-rat and hate to throw anything away (I guarantee that's when you discover you need it). And I get a LOT of email. Which, I guess, is why it just took me most of six hours to prune my email folders down to something Netscape can handle.

I can think of much better ways to waste a day.

(But I don't care how bad my day might have been, or how bad it gets - I do not need a turn at Christopher!)

Krista, I know just where you're coming from.
This might make you feel better.

Day Starts... 4:00 a.m. To find my water spring bed leaking all the while thinking that my husband has just peed all over me.
I proceed to move to the other room as I'm WAY to tired to take care of it as I've been taking care of my three month old all night long.
This is of course after I've tried to shower off in cold water. Some reason the pilot light went out on the hot water heater.
Then, the sun comes up and I run down town to get a copy of my Aunt's marrige certificate for her (she lives in another town three hours away). As I'm standing in line waiting, my son begin to scream out of control then proceeds to pee on me. (this time I was really peed on) and of course, no shower around.
On the dirve home my son downloads in his diaper, and of course, I've already used the last one so I need to wait to get home to change him, but when I get home, I realize that I'm locked out of my house thanks to my brother in-law who never listens!
So now, I'm stuck, with a screaming infant in poopy pants. I decide to get a ladder and get on the roof to see if one of the windows up there is open after checking all on the lower level. Of course, none of them are open.
Upon trying to climb back down the ladder, I knock it over, and now I'm STUCK on the roof, with pee all over me, child in car screaming with poopy pants.
After finally deciding to jump to try and sooth my son, I manage to get a hold of hubby at work after having to drive BACK down the road to get a signal on the cell phone.
WHEW...........Many hours of hell..
I look back and laugh at it all now, but what a day it was!
