I'm not asking how you would vote, but now that the presidential candidates have had one last round together, WHO do you think will make it?

Opinions given will be held in strictest confidence.

with the Popular vote running in a dead heat we have to look to what's going on with the electoral vote (as if we didn't always) -- Gore has maintained a lead in electoral votes and can reach the goal easier than Bush -- since they're even in popularity I'd say that gives him an edge..

And even though we're about 9 months from an economic slow down or even slight recession -- the US has never overturned the Whitehouse when the economy was percieved to be good and consumer confidence has been running very high.

I'd have to say Bush ...

Gore's spending plans are all very nice, but he hasn't touched on just "where" all this money is going to come from -- all the while slinging mud at George W. for the modest $2 trillion cut HE plans, which he specified clearly would come from the $2 trillion-some-odd surplus ...

LOL -- I have to say something for Gore, though -- must be nice to be "for" everything.  What planet did this guy drop off of, anyway...?

Well fellow K...let me think...considering I know NOTHING about your candidates let me offer up my own primeminister (not president lol)...

you can have her...

after all - since she came into power 10 months ago our currency has died a slow, painful death...there is no confidence in our dollar...hence - for $50NZ I could buy one American pizza.

Better taste good hey? Definitely no anchovies..

Since she has come into power inflation has risen, and so have food costs...so now - not only could I buy a $50NZ American pizza but probably very soon a $50 New Zealand pizza...

please - have her.

She looks pretty on billboards...
