Come imagine with me, or speak from experience...

You are home sick, but not too sick.  What do you do with yourself?  Do you eat until your thighs scream for mercy?  Do you watch all the smut shows on TV?  Do you play PC games until your eyes are crossed?  Do you sleep all day (with the dog staring you down because you failed to feed him or let him out)?

Please do tell...

Here's my Rx...rent some movies--(comedies) soup, hot bath and fuzzy slippers, and the last is most important--A brand new coloring book and a fresh pack of crayons (I still love that smell) Works for me. Feel better soon.

I made the mistake of being bored not too long ago - somehow, by doing nothing more than voicing that boredom, my life was put on Turbo and has been flying at a steady mach 7 since.

Be careful...

Christopher, my life has been going at warp speed since the summer.  My sickness is a break, sort of    Thanks for the warning though!

write. . . write. . . and write. . . go out (if you can. . .)

but, there's something to be said for being "bored". . . it makes your mind wander. . . frees it to think whatever it wants. . . don't miss that. . .

I either catch up on TV, which I never watch, or I log onto the internet and sit on my butt and read poetry.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them!

Unfortunately, I don't get sick days.
I have a 3 1/2 year old, so I don't get to choose what to do.
