Do you ever feel closed off? It's kinda hard to explain. You ARE open you receive all the good and bad in life, love, laughter etc, but you FEEL closed off. ???? Like you have a protective shell around you and you want to drop but can't???? Or like you see everything through a haze for a few days and then return to normal. I'm not upset or anything really! I don't think I've ever felt unclosed off. I've always been wrapped up in my own little shell. No ideas here, sorry. I do hope though that you feel better.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |

I know exactly how you feel. It's like you want to drop the shell, but yet you don't want to, and anyway you can't. Sometimes it's nice to have the shell though. |

It's time to change your perspective - Go out for a walk - see some nature at work - Go to the beach - Go shopping - to a movie - anything different.... Change the channel - When you bring the dial full circle, you'll most likely feel "normal"...  .. again... |
