Uh, I don't know how to break this to you, Walt - but they've been putting beer inside cans for a looooong time around here. Did you perhaps mean to suggest today is the day you intend to take the beer out of the can?

How many of you can remember when squashing a beer can actually required strength?

I must say, I don't have the pallet for liquor, wine or frilly drinks... but you can count me in for a "bottle" (no cans please) of good old Canadian Blue Light at any worthwhile occassion!

Ron has always been just a mild-mannered Moderator, working for the Daily Passion. That way, when he's been staring at the screen for the 18th straight hour and hits that "Delete All Forums" link, the system tells him that he doesn't have that kind of power. And by the time he finds an empty phone booth, he's fallen asleep and the danger has passed.

Makes sense when you think about it, uh?

(Sharon, what's that green glowing rock you have in your hand? ARRrrrgggggg)

Well, I used to cans...ewwww...and then bottles, but not anymore.

And yep, I remember when you had to stomp really hard on those buggers!

Actually Ron, that's very smart when ya think about it.

when smashing cans on head the key is to avoid pepsi cans and then to simultaneously (wow i didn't look up the spelling for that) crush the can with your hand as you are smashing it on your brow. high brow low brow i do not know.

No, Walt, the key is to be sure you empty the can first. Forget that, and the other stuff doesn't help. Trust me on this…

I remember my best friend way back in school used to impress folks with his ability to crush beer cans with one hand. Yep Ron, cans were steel way back then, none of this modern wimpy aluminum stuff. And I was glad to say he was my friend

But the stuff really does taste much better from a bottle than any kind of can.

OK that's it - I'm in shock now...

'Pepsi better than coke' K says faintly, reaching into her bag and pulling out her coke...for reassurance that the world is still a safe place...

oh no oh no...

Oh Liz - you MUST be converted...

It's like the whole crunchy is better than smooth thing all over again!

I can't take it!
