Today's the last day before spring break and I wish I could relax, but there's this one person at my school who's about to make me explode.  I'm hanging this (from allan's link) on the outside of my locker to help me relax

A friend of mine was told to do this, and she says it worked and it was cheaper than breaking everything in their house

Got any younger brothers or sisters? If you do, string them on the washing line and sping it around really fast. If you don't get enjoyment from their screams and pleas to be let down, the headbanging thing will help.

Go to the gym, put on some gloves, and beat the "CRAP" out of one of those big punching bags that hang from the ceiling. Imagine it is the he/she or it you would rather be beating the CRAP out of. The pressure is relieved. End of frustration.
But be careful not to sprain your wrist, you might just get into it. lol.

I haven't found the sure-fire remedy yet. I will be eternally grateful if someone has a good option.  I do tend to hide in my room (being a mom, that's hard to do) and drown myself in music. That usually helps.

Anything to release energy seems to work for me, but releasing it in an aggresive way does the trick for me.
For example: Punching bags, speed bags, sparing partner,
aggresive dirt bike riding, chopping wood, etc.

Hope you find some thing that works for you.
Keeping negitive energy bottled up like that is more damaging than you know.

SCREAM and let it out!
