Mizz Aggie attended church today and was amazed at the turnout. It always happens around Christmas and Easter that the pews fill with those who only think of the hereafter when it’s important to them. Mizz Aggie’s best friend, Lily (she’s a youngster of 77) said it’s a sin to only go to church twice a year. Mizz Aggie just smiled and said:

“I’d rather see these people being Christians 363 days of a year than just two! If they practice it when they’re not here, then they should only have to come in for a refresher course a few times a year.”

All this got Mizz Aggie thinking. Now she’d like to ask YOU a question.

If you had to judge, which sins (not just the seven deadly ones) would you choose as the most offensive?

{Mizz Aggie thinks it’s a sin to let good chocolate go to waste!}

It's a sin to not tell someone that you love them. . . even if they don't tell you back. . . if you love someone. . .tell them. . . you might not get that chance again. . .

I was gonna say what Sven said. Defying love is the one great sin.
I'd also have to say that a wasted life is a sin.

I think it's a sin just to JUDGE someone based on color/sex/religion/age or national origin. We are all one family....

Sin is sin in the eyes of God I think,, doesnt the bible say something like "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away?"

If you have broken one commandment have you not broken them all?---

That said,,,  Honour thy father and thy mother... if you dont do that---

There is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar.

It's got to be judgementality.
I am sick of hypocrites who preach anti-judgementality, and exercise it themselves in what they speak.  I see it very often, and I'm sure it's a "sin" so that's my choice.

It's a sin to try to break a bond between a mother and child OR to expand that..
it's a sin to break up any true bond between husband/wife, father/child, friend/friend, etc...
I'm sure you know what I mean

It's a sin to know sin and commit it anyway,
in this sense ignorance is forgiven.
Me, I've never known a day without sin.

Anything that hurts little children.

And on a less serious note, I would say that damn man in San Diego not loving me is a big stupid sin!

Betraying someone's trust.
not respecting another person.

The one thing I do draw from my lapsed faith is "love your neighbour as you do yourself"
I see many so called proclaimed christians who can't follow this, one of the founding stones of their faith.

"difference between love and comfortis that comfort's more reliable and true
Brutal and mocking but always therea crutch for enmity's saddest glare"

Oh my...someone grab my soap box please.
*Clears her throat*

I think it's a sin to be racist and to discriminate agianst others for ANY reason.
I think it's wrong to judge others.
I think it's wrong to be a hypocrite.
I think people who lie about being in love and cheat on their lovers are complete sinners.
Thinking of only your own religoius rights and so on is not only inconsiderate- it's a sin in my book.
False preaching. Where in the world do they find some of the stuff they preach about....Half of it completely contradicts what they said 5 minutes ago...
Animal hurters...Bad people.
Kid hurters....worse people.

And the list goes on and on....
