An Angels Acumen (casuist)

The cretinous Angel's apriorism slowly bleeds
Losing life and worth
How could this be ?
Infallable as you are
And yet you look down upon us
For the way we use our will
But what will have you posessed ?
And what choices have you faultered ?
have you carried the worlds weight ?
No, you sit above on your cloud
Passing judgement
But what will have you possesed ?
And what choices were not yours ?
See there is something you dont understand,
Angel of god
Our will is not free will at all
But is bought for more than you know
Casuist without our experience
Obvious your perspicacity is not our own
Come live through us
Before your acumen is set upon us

Subtle, plausible, yet false. It's taken me a while to reply to this, because yes, it does what it says on the tin. Casuist. Firstly, you suggest that the angel has no will, and makes no choices, then you ask if the angel has carried the world's weight, then decide no, and go on to say something about sitting on a cloud, passing judgement. This is not logical. You're contradicting yourself.

I do like your "our will is not free will at all, but is bought for more than you know", but I don't think it works in this poem, because you assume the angel has no previous experience. Without getting into the opinions behind this, within the context of the poem, your idea is not met with reasoning, just statement. How do you 'know' that the angel has not lived/lives through 'us'?

Actually it works perfectly homie listen im suggesting that the angel has not experienced the will of man because his/her life is perfect and completely sepperated from the human struggle they have not had to suffer like us or make the difficult choices that we are faced with everyday. Therefore the angel does not have will rather he has everything handed to him therefore will is not needed. I ask the angel if he has carried the worlds weight and answered the question and do not condridict my self rather i am making an observation that no he hasnt had to (figuratively speaking) carry the worlds weight because he sits comfortably on his cloud passing judgement without exploring the human perspective. it makes perfect since i think you misreaad or maybe interprited the, poem differently than i intended it you need to contemplate many different perspectives before passing judgement

Maybe you shouldn't have posted this in critical then, if you think 'it works perfectly'.

I will reiterate, where is your reasoning? Even in fantastic writing, reasoned steps are needed to set the plausibility of a 'judgemental angel'...and to repeat again, how can something with no will make judgement?

It might make sense to you, but it's nonsense to me. "the angel has everything handed to him"...excuse me? These are all just abstract soundbytes-rhetoric. It's not supported in this piece.
