Somewhere between midnight and morning
Lightly I float like a feather
To a world where my body can't go
Time and space are nonexistent
I am reduced to the essence of me
My soul journeys
To a place where
Clouds are pillows
Storms are air fresheners
That leave fresh clean air
In their path
So my lungs can
Inhale the rain filtered air
Recharging the spirit
Within me
The one that will go
With me all day
The one thats easily
Taken for granted
Till it starts to fade away

So when you lay your head
On your pillow
Don't feel your wasting your time
Closed eyelids are but doors
To a beautiful land

oooo, this is so ethereal and enchanting!

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

lovely piece

Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning.

There is a beauty in your work that I appreciate greatly, Songbird.

I am bound by this, you see...to become Night's sole mistress, and I am jealous in my endeavours for his attention.
