Two gray mourning Doves
come to visit my garden
and into my heart

Doves, they mate for life
if love could be that simple
love could be that pure

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

I love these little sayings.  I have not studied Haiku so I haven't tried one, until I learn the rules.  Joyce

I like these haikus too.
Might try one myself.
5, 7, 5, beats isn't it Ellie?
Then 5, 7, 5 again?

Simple and pure, that's the best kinda love, just like Ivory soap.
Thanks.

Ellie, my friend, you have touched my heart yet again.  Indeed if only it could always be that way! I wish the best kind of love for you.

Excellent. Many animals mate for life, and yes,if only humans could follow the example.

Love is great though....no matter how simple or complex it may be.
Love is Love...

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
