Once I knew a little man,
He believed he was a frog,
Said he was the king of frogs,
I believe his name was Dan.

Dan would hop,
Jumping around,
Painted himself green,
And wore a cardboard crown on top.

"Ribbit, Ribbit," he would say,
"Kiss me, I'm a king!"
Twice he said that to the ladies,
And twice he was slapped a day.

Then Dan met a lady,
Who believed she was a toad,
Said she was the queen of toads,
I believe her name was Sadi.

Dan didn't know what to do, what to say,
So he did what he did best,
He kissed the girl named Sadi,
Then "Ribbit," sang the day.

Now they live together alone,
In the toady, froggy world,
King and Queen, they reign supreme,
And "Ribbit, Ribbit," is their tone.

Shouldn't be able to miss what you never had...so why do I miss her so?

Cute poem! Nicely done here.
It was quite a fun read.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
