Cold winter rain, falling on the ground. Cold winter rain, makes the only sound That my heart hears, Through all my fears, Cold winter rain, drowning all my pain. Cold winter rain, falling from the sky Cold winter rain is my heart's alibi I still hear your voice, and I have no choice, but to try and drown my pain, in the cold winter rain Cold winter rain when you left me yesterday Cold winter rain is the burden of the Sane I stand and cry, you wave goodbye as I watch you fly away in the cold winter rain Cold winter rain tapping on my window pane Cold winter rain echoes through my brain At night my salty tears carry all my fears and I watch them slip away like the Cold winter rain Cold winter rain can never hide the shame it can never wash away and my pain is here to stay. like the Cold...winter....rain... ~Which way did They go? oh my..the first thing I thought of was "Cold November Rain", by Guns and Roses..damn!! I love that song..this piece too! lol the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost |

Well now.......I can relate to that cold winter rain. Is definitely very hard to struggle through. You've worded this wonderfully. A very emotional piece. To capture and live a moment is truly living |

Oooh...like pegasus, that was the first song I thought of when I read this...and 'Cemetary Gates' by Pantera was the second (No reason why...that one just pops into my head any time I read something with heartache). ~ smiles ~ Ok..I have abit of old Mother Russia in my blood..so I can do cold and depressing really well *L* Living in Wisconsin makes it easy as well..but I will never write something like this again *LOL* The reason being that for the next 3 days after I wrote this..IT RAINED!!!
