I feel...light
     Floating
     In defiance of gravity
     Riding on the breeze.

I feel...warm
     Cozy
     Wrapped in caring
     Luxuriating in love.

I feel...bright
     Glowing
     Lit with an inner flame
     Emanating passion.

I feel...happy
     Joyful
     Unable to stop smiling
     Singing in my heart.

I feel...loved
     Cherished
     Blessed beyond my dreams
     Loving in return.

I feel...you
     Being
The other half of my soul
     Filling me with life.

Grandma,
This is such a healthy, upbeat, positive self-assessment-and very inviting to you as a person--the kind, anyone would want to be around.  Lucky is the person with whom you share your wonderful persona!

Marilyn; I love this, it describes your warm and loving heart perfectly! Love, Ellie

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

David -   You're making me blush.  Thank you.     I don't suppose I should tell you that I was feeling this way in the middle of the day, but the mood evaporated when I was home with my 14-year-old?  No?  Anyway, it is nice to feel this good even sometimes, and I just wanted to capture it on paper.

Pegasus - Thanks, sweet winged one.  Glad you enjoyed.

Coco - Thanks for your kindness.  You always make me smile.

Ellie - Thanks.  Perhaps you see warmth and love in others because you have so much of it yourself.     hugs

Dawn - Thanks.  Sweet words like yours can never be said too many times.

Wordancer - Thank you.  I actually hesitated to post this here because it seemed so light-weight compared to what has been here lately.  You people are a lot to measure up to.

Suzanne - Thanks.    Feeling is definitely something I have a lot of.

Bob - Thank you for your appreciation and your applause.  It is sweet to my ears.

Marilyn, you've used such poetically-perfect descriptions!  Times  of floating...wrapped in caring...singing in my heart...
it's like a song!

Lary - Thank you.  I do write songs sometimes, as a matter of fact, and was a music major many moons ago.  I hadn't really thought of this is a song, but am pleased you see it that way. I guess music and happiness just go together for me.
