This is a bit late in coming, but I think a few of you would agree with this... Finals, finals, finals, oh that dreaded test! The cause of many gray hairs, that many of us detest! Finals, finals, finals, how we loathe thee! The cause of sleepless nights, red eyes, for you and me! Finals, finals, finals, oh how we rejoice the day! Of when the last of you is taken, then the detest and the red eyes, are taken away!! **No weapon will pierce my heart, no hand will be raised to harm me as long as I write.** ~a_little_girl |

Reminds me of my daughter this past sememter, she studied so long and hard that she slept through the alarm and miss her last test. Oh woe...the professor came down on her hard. Told her, if she came and made up the test she would only get an F, but that was still better than no grade to be factor into the end of the semester grade. Well, she went and took it anyway, and he gave her the correct grade as I thought he probably would and she past both of the tests. The real test and test to see if she would show up for the make-up. "Come...dance with me, into my world of words." |
