We must remember
that beneath the cold, cold snow
Spring is there waiting

Buried in the deep earth
are planted tulips for Spring
Hope beneath the snow

If we close our eyes
we can see Spring bursting forth
Eternal Promise

Ellie,
This is a high hiaku collection that really breathes of the perpetual hope that we seek and cherish-the positive looking ahead- the patient endurance of present distractions and discomforts!  I would say it is RIGHT ON!

Beautiful and hopeful, Ellie.  Don't close your eyes, but keep focused on the renewal that is to come.

Beautiful here!
A wonderful read
