The Kitten and the Teddy Bear, Perhaps a most unusual pair-- But isn't Life a Precious thing, That oft' can make the heart to sing! The Teddy Bear, by all well known, A bit o'erstuffed--with features sewn A squeezy-huggy kinda' guy, When other would their Love apply. The Kitten innocent and sweet, Playing at the Teddies feet-- So full of life and spunk and fun, Playful as the day is long! With these two, two worlds collide, And join as one- there, side by side Each filling in the other's lacking, Giving each a solid backing. One had a soft and tender heart, The other youthful life imparts How cute to see their interaction, Which to some, is an attraction! Friends need not be a mirror-image, If too much alike, 'twould be a scrimage! But the elements each one imparts, Makes it Special- and joins the Hearts! The Teddy was e'er ready to Hug, Each time the Kitten would come to Snug'! The Kitten's antics would move him so, Each felt the Love, that both should know. The Teddy bear and the Kitten, Thus found their own, just like 2 mittens-- And thus are now an inseperable pair, Diff'rences don't matter--it truly you care!!! |
