Now is the peaceful dreaming time
      within this hidden place sublime.

This secret garden, lovers’ quest,
a still place for their hearts to rest.

‘Neath barren willow lovers weep,
hearts that ache seek a sweet relief.

Words wing out in the waning night
a mourning dove’s slow lonely flight.

Two star-crossed lovers need to know
the promise of  the radiant bow.

As they calmly stand hand-in-hand,
lost then found, in this timeless land.

Wordancer; Time does seem to cease to exist when love is at it's first blooming...This is exquiste poetry!  Ellie

I enjoyed this whole poem, Wordancer, but these two lines really speak to me.  It's that feeling that you have been re-discovered that really makes you feel loved, isn't it?  Nice job.
