I'd thought i'd tell you all,
Of a place I find as sweet as home,
A place that i'd find so many people,
That I wouldn't find anywhere else in the world,
Its a place where I reside,
And visit for a while,
And of course it's the Corner Pub.

Dear Maria; My sentiments exactly! This is such a lovely thing to say and I agree that this is like a lovely warm place to find good friends and good cheer and you've said it so well! Love, Ellie
P.S. thank you for all your sweet warm replies to my poetry.

It is a warm and homey place, isn't it?   You have expressed my sentiments, too.  Nice thoughts, Maria.

Maria,
You are SO RIGHT, what a special place we have here, it is so unique, one of a kind, like so many of the gifted poets we enjoy here! Thanks for writing this poem about a place that is close to my heart!

you are so right Maria..It is indeed a friendly place. and quite educational too..a place to share friendship, smiles, ideas..

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

Hey Maria, you are so right, I love this place, I have only been here or a short while, but I've settled in quite nicely and feel right at home

Thanks guys for making me feel welcome and right at home
