Lost somewhere
Between then and now
Do I go here or there
When I'm feeling down

I used to turn to him
But I pushed him away
Torn apart limb by limb
Had too much to say

Cannot be found
Where my hopefulness sits
Slowly being drowned
In this odd midst

Lies aand twised fate
Surrounded by tears
Standing at the gat
Are all of my fears

So here I stand
Waiting for tomorrow
Listen for the band
To drown all my sorrows

The last time I posted something like this, it was mistaken for something completely different.  I am slowly getting over my despair and hate for the world.  I hope you all will not take this the wrong way!  Luv & peace!

Alicia..this was nice..I am so glad you are getting better.

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

Alicia,
Although I feel your sadness, I sense hope somewhere in there and that's important~hang in there like the rest of us, you'll make it!
A very good write, btw.     ((hugs))

Pain will heal
as time flies.
I'm happy you
are opening your eyes.

The world can
bring both sorrow and joy
They'll all balance out
by the end of the 'morrow.

Great read enjoyed every line.
