i write the words
that makes the whole world cry
i write the words that are not heard...

sitting on the stage in cyberspace
no one can see my face
all that is known are my poignant words
black on white lace
curlicues, parings of a fragile mind
hoarded renderings of voiceless aspiration
slowly gathered by the light of night
dark moon, luminescence face
chained forever toiling in a empty place
no one can see the rain that slowly drips
from the glowing fountain of internal pain
as i frantically tap out measured words
shaped desire gives voice to naked soul
gifted to those that cannot cry
in agony i bear the sorrow of those that don't see, that
i send out each nightsong of my words to bleed
winged transformation along glowing matrix lines
endless search for a safe haven
timely thoughts pushed forth with low moan
swirls in deep ebony night
deleted with mindless stoke of key
once again, the words are lost…

i write the words
that makes the whole world cry
i write the words that are not heard...

oh god! i write the words…
(hands over face, the poetess weeps)

the words of the Wordancer are heard..always know that.they etch themselves on our souls forever.

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

Lady Noggins-
   oh, my friend...your words are
heard loud and clear, and they
   are truely appreciated and
   enjoyed.  feel free to make
   this your 'safe haven' anytime.

Peg, my love, the dancer hears your thoughts

denise, thanks for the read and I'm glad you enjoy my words

ah vicky, you are so kind.  Isn't it amazing what comes from a strange fey thought, late at night in front of a computor sceen.  Actually, this came out totally different than the orginal intent...seems it wanted to be sad and yearning and lonely.  Yes words, do make the true feelings come out.  Thank you, my friend for your kind words.

Oh, my !
This is exquisite ...
the entire render so well phrased.
What a wonderful talent you have.
Thank you for sharing.

"i write the words
that makes the whole world cry
i write the words that are not heard..."

reminiscent of "Soliloquy of the Solipsist" by Plath.  good choice of words...

very sad, but i think it describes how all of us feel at some point or another...
