For CitiZen-One....Hope will turn into faith, just keep holding on. Your world is dark and lonely You cannot seem to find a light You, who seems so strong Has given up the fight You battle with your demons And struggle with self- hate You feel you’ve lost your mind But that I strongly debate You say that your mistake Has made you who you are I beg to differ with you, My friend It’s simply a healing scar. Humbled by my own mistakes I know what it takes to forgive Forgiving yourself, a much harder task But if you don’t, you will not live The world is lucky to have you And all the talents you possess This struggle is simply a roadblock …momentary distress… You say that you hate the man Who has died for all of our sins But if you were simply perfect You would bear the same name as him. If only you could see yourself The way that I see you A loving and a giving man Whose heart is pure and true. Do not wallow in your guilt You will learn to love again I believe in you…with all my heart And I will forever be your friend.
