Give a Little Kiss Soar above the highest cloud Sail the crests of blue But stop and give a little bit Of love before you do Give a little kiss, a little hug Some little words of cheer That someone will hold dearly Whenever you aren’t near Your dreams are all so splendid And I’m sure they will come true But before you launch them, stop And give some love before you do Give a warming little cuddle Give a soft heartfelt embrace Place a bright and beaming smile Upon a child’s little face Put aside your strong ambitions For a jesture out of love And you’ll reap rewards much greater Than what you were dreaming of Give a little hug, a little kiss A sweetness from your heart Give a little loving to each one Before the morning starts And when the sun has settled Upon your splendid days All the little loving moments Will return in many ways Elizabeth Santos |
