Paper and ink
Words and rhyme
Help me spill
what’s on my mind.

I hope you like
what you read
It all comes
from the heart in me.

Stars and moon
Sky and sun
Read, relax
Enjoy have fun.

Let the images
that you see.
Come from these words
written by me.

Kevin

Kevin,
Isn't it amazing how powerful words are, how they move the heart and paint beautiful scenes of delight of images of dread and terror. How powerful Words are! Nice poem.

Kelieth; This is such a neat and interesting poem on poetry, and so true what the words can convey, so many different pictures to paint with the pen. Wonderful idea and lovely read. Ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

That is what is, poetry and fine poetry at that. LOved this Kevin, wonderfully penned.
