Your love is a lake,
placid and deep,
kissed by the sun,
caressed by mother night,
the warmth of your healing waters,
washes over me,
envelops me in a coccoon
of languid desire

Your waters part willingly,
in sweet surrender,
you anticipate my need,
move effortlessly to my will,
I plunge deeply into your bosum,
gentle lake, loving lake,
and my love flows into yours

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

Oh, the words you can find, when you go searching through the back pages

A favorite of mine, that I had to bring up into the light of day.

Must be a tropical lake!  This sure did warm up my snowy day!  Lovely, Pegasus.

Pagasus; OOOOOOOOOOOh my, It doesn't get more delicously romantic and passionate than this incredibly beautiful and sensuous analogy. WOW!    Ellie

Nice one tho sooo romantic

Life has got to chnage,
Nothing stays the same,
Soon it will be time,
For me to move on.
