Love begins as a dream.
You are lost in each other.
The cares of the world,
disappear.

The passion is endless!

Years pass, one by one.
Passions fade,
routines abound,
troubles come,
heartaches too,
but if God,
and His grace,
are a part
of this marriage,
then all that life
may bring your way,
only become the
threads,
that God will use,
to weave a tapestry
complete,
a bond that's whole
and beautiful,
for all the world
to see!

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

I don't know what the poetry challenge was all about-- but it lookslike you've taken on the challenge of married life head on- with God's help and came out on top- a happy anniversary is also coming up for you and your beloved on Sept. 5th- Congratulations!
