this is a short little song i sing to my 2yr old    (babies are forgiving of bad singing!)..but since i cant sing it for you (and you might not want me to! LOL) just make up your own little tune     dg  (btw.."elkins" is her middle name..)
-------------------------------------------------

Jojo's Lullabye

joie elkins laugh for me
let your heart-light shine
kiss me on the cheek again
your laughter becomes mine

smile for me your funny smile
giggle all the day
wrap your arms around me tight
we'll dance the rain away

run to me on little toes
my heart delights in you
i'll love you 'til forever ends
then love you still anew!

Oh, how sweet, I wish I could give that beautiful face a kiss, so you'll have to give her one for me.
I just found out that my oldest daughter, Mary, is expectiing her 3rd child. Now I'll have 4 grandchildren.  Love, Ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

What a precious little girl!
And how wonderful that you sing your own song to her.
Something she will rremember for ever if you continue long enough!
Bless you heart dg, and jojo's too!

DG~
The little song is adorable,
as is the little one.
