Tumultuous waves crash over the side
My thoughts deluged with anxiety and peril.
Slowly I feel the slip from my grasp
Of all that I have attained to be.

Dreams of enchanment begin to fade away
Like a tendril of ashes dissapating in the sky.
The sweet smell of fresh blossoms
linger farther than I have expected.

In the hope of building a solid foundation
Did I take too long to reach for the sky?
In the plans I drew to be a die-hard romantic
Did I forget to express my deepest desires?

Sometimes thoughts expected to be shared
Are, but need more than just that
Sometimes those thoughts need to be expressed
And, no better way than the written word

"What" you ask, "do I want from you"

Why nothing more simple then just this

To be enshrined in...
...Everlasting love and eternal bliss

Who would have thought a good little girl like you could destroy my beautiful wickedness.

The past is like a ghost
or so it seems to be,
Although my past is haunting;
I still need you to see
That it is the future...
I dream of every night,
And you are the one
in my sleep who holds me tight
Please, my dear, i beg of you
do not give up on this...
For we hold so much in our hands
...the dream of our first kiss...

A beautiful and romantic poem, so lovely...

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

I enjoyed this poem a lot, I really love how you ended it:
To be enshrined in...
...Everlasting love and eternal bliss
