She's brought a present
She's dropped it at the front door
dead as a door knob

That silly cat always getting into everything...thi time a dead bird?  Hope it wasn't a black and white creature that looks an awful like herself..except it doesn't "meow"!!  Cute one, Mom!....beth

Token of it's worth
A dead mouse is thus displayed
A satisfied purr!

Purr---fect SIS!

A Dead sacrifice
To show his honor and skill
Humble homage paid!

At the door is okay-it's when they want to bring it in and continue to play with it-that's where I draw the line!
Thanks for the funny review of a critters adoration,   David

Ellie~
As a lover (and owner) of feathered friends ...
I don't do cats !

But ... I understand the adoration of any critter !

It's those little meeces that I don't care for -
so I don't care who gets 'em ...
as long as they don't bring 'em home to momma !

Adorable write !

ellie, You made me giggle out loud. Liked your word choice- She "brought", not "bought" a present. LOL...cute. Marcy
