Rest ye gentle bug
Your wings are safe here with me
I will save your life

Pardon the pun, but it always bugs me when people kill insects.  Unless we're talking mosquitoes, those pesky buggers i don't mind.  Thanks for redaing this

Hi lakewalker; good 'en!

Come to the South, friend
Bring your repellant along
You will be dinner

Lakewalker-
   I can relate to this one...just can't
bring myself to kill the little guys.

          crawl on little friend
      your life's purpose to fulfill
            I will not bug you

And who ever said there could not be humor in Haiku? Thank you for this interesting piece from your heart.

Vicky, you might consider posting yours in its own right...just a thought.

Lakewalker,

Friend of the fragile
Looking at the big picture
Co-exist in peace

Good observation, Live and let live!

Aw, this is so tender Lakewalker... unfortunately, spiders that come within my sight are not around for long....I try to get someone to take them outside, but if no one is home....well, let's just say it usually isn't pretty.  But, I do leave them alone if they are outside (and run away from me).  Bonnie
