He is expressive in his poems,
*…romantic to no end…*
Is he trying to tell me something?
or  just being a nice friend?

He is sweet and he’s funny
he’s a very handsome guy,
He is charming and attentive;
I just can’t figure out why….

I always seem to fall
for the ones who never care,
I seem to be attracted;
to the ones who are never there

He is completely different!
maybe I will see
this is what I really want...
But what does he want from me?

Apsolutely beautiful, Beth. Let's see what the answers will be! Love, Mom

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

Ahh, to be immortalized in print, wow! what a feeling! I must say I never thought such a beautiful woman would write such things for me. And like the poster before, yes there are answers to come, but should they be here in a response...I think not. Rather they are to be found in between the thoughts of rhyme.

The only question left is will our neighbors tire of the flirts we bat back and forth, our enjoy the banter while living vicaiously through my courtship of the lovely Beth????

Who would have thought a good little girl like you could destroy my beautiful wickedness.

I don't normally post a response to my own poems..but i wanted to thank all of you for your replys.  Yes, Pegasus, ellie is my mom!  And I hope everyone isn't annoyed with a little poetic flirting I am doing with an old (friend?) and fellow pubber.  DT-your turn.
