i stand at the end of our street at our special place where we used to meet now life has turned so bad your memory is so sweet if i look back i can't recall why i let you go you were my heart and soul you made sense of it all and now i near my time to die and wander here alone i want to look once more in your eyes and feel what we felt before just one more touch from your hand so long forgotten so long forbidden one last kiss where we used to stand before the final end of rhyme at the end of our street at the end of my life at closing time [This message has been edited by allan (edited 08-19-2000).] |
