I laid in bed today,
after you kissed me good bye.
tears streamed down my face,
as i could still smell you on my skin,
my hair,
could still taste you on my mouth.

I laid in bed today,
after i watched you drive away,
i did start to cry,
my hands covered my face,
as the sun streamed through my fingers.
warming my tears and my face.

I laid in bed today,
as you left today.
i did cry as i thought of days,
without holding you.
of nights without laying in your arms.

I whisper to you,
softly as the wind can carry it.
Good Bye My Love,
till i can kiss your mouth,
i will always be with you,
in your heart,
in the memories we shared,

till i see you again.

This describes perfectly my feelings when my ex boyfriend left to return home. We were a couple who met online and that parting after he came to see me was really hard and painful..
