Time Captures Graceful swan glides about dip of neck, a kiss of pool. Nectar tasting of eternity a sweet promise of cool. Grasses stately standing watch pool ripples with a casual pass. Breeze softly playing melody insects busy at their task. Sun gently warming, caressing magnificent blue broken by fluff. A scent of heaven is blooming dreams seem more than enough. Mother robin hunts with peck as her children learn to play. The pool is alive with wonder wish born, to forever stay. A study of swan and comrades bringing comfort, peace to mind Reluctant parting with backward glance memory captured, returned to time. 7/1996 bleeding... "Tis ink coming from his arm, Captain!" |
