It's on the Periodic Table And scientists have been able To make a little bit of it; Then Nature just gets rid of it... It's right in line with silver and gold, An ounce would equal a fortune untold, They say it's worth more than a price And to be rich, a gram would suffice... But I believe there's something more With greater worth and wealth galore On which a price cannot be placed; This idea I've embraced... Far and wide I searched, then found A beautifully rhyming gathering ground! Immediate happiness it brought-- It's this element I had sought. There is no single name for this, An amalgam of joy and bliss And many more good things and times Hidden, revealed within the rhymes. Happiness is in the words Graceful poets here, like birds Wonder and awe are in the phrases From what I see, it all amazes! With this element you'll find Warmth of heart and peace of mind. If you haven't guessed so far, This element is where you are-- This place that's been so good to me, known as Passions in Poetry.  ____________________________________________ Little Spyro T. This happens to be my 100th originating post!! *YAY!!* This is dedicated to all the wonderful people here at Passions in Poetry, thanks for putting up with my nonsense and giving me some comfidence as well as a lot of praise I don't deserve. You've all been wonderful people (and I'm pretty sure will be for a good long time)... I might not be able to post or reply as often as I used to, back in the first couple of months I was here, but I'll try and stop by as often as I can.  I'd try and name all of the people I dedicate this to, and I might put it in another reply, but right now I can't count how many people I'm thankful for. Thanks again, Little Spyro T. Dragon |

Little_Sypro, enjoy this unique poem..to compare Passions in the same league as gold and silver and then to say it is far more precious than them...WOW..wish i have thought of it too wonderful tribute to Passions..this sure deserves to be on the front page of the book  |

Hey Spyro! Oh, definetley worthy. Good choice for the book! At first I didn't know what you were getting at but...well, suffice to say I figured it out. ha. Take it easy and visit often. I've been away for a while. Wish I could stay for longer too. Joy |
