FREEDOM?


As a newborn sparrow
Spreads its wings to fly
From captive nest
To open sky...
Slamming to earth,
Distraught go I.

Robert though concise that poem hit hard.

what a powerful heart-wrenching ending....boy, am i glad i read this....short, sweet and "slams" the point the reader...NICE!
