On the Porch, set two old Rocking Chairs!
Seated were two people with silver hairs.
To and fro in time, they quietly rock,
In sync with 'Fathertimes' Clock'

The bleak days of hardship line their face,
As they take things with a steady pace
Thinking back to lean and younger days
Smiling,while reliving a different phase

Their children stood tall and proud
As faces beamed amongst the crowd
An endearing 'Love' they always carried
Now the children are grown and married!

Yes,those were the lean, but 'Golden Years'
As they clasped hands and tasted the tears
The sun glistens on 'Golden Wedding Bands'
As they rock to and fro,'holding hands'

This is beautiful, I love it, I could just imagine them on that porch, how delightful.
